Help at PVOutput?

I have been trying for a few days to get my data uploaded without success. I read somewhere that there is some staff help available when community support can not help solve the problem. How do I contact staff for assistance?

There is only community support on these forums. However, your issue appears to be a SolarEdge API key issue rather than PVOuput.
