C1 value for batch status API behaves differently from add status

I noticed that when I pass in c1=2 to the batch status API, it still thinks that I am “moon powered”.
Does the batch status api only support c1=1 vs 0, i.e. it considers either everything is cumulative or nothing is cumulative?

The only valid value for “c1” is “1”.

Any other value would result in “0” or off.

This would be for Add Status only. Add Batch Status only supports “1”.
