API calls not in Donation mode

I’d like to be able to make a successful API call before commencing donations, just to check that it works. It’s clear that the following won’t work

because passing a value for sid1 is only possible in Donation mode. Is there another command that I could try as a regular user? I haven’t set up a working system with Outputs (I’m mostly interested in being able to download publicly available data).

A system (sid) is required to make API calls. You may create a ‘Consumption Only’ system with minimal details.

Get System is the simplest call to test.
