I have identified the issue and that is the field to input the API Key input is not display as default and required input. The method then becomes Input the Weather Station ID [do not press enter] the next step is to go down and click of the ‘Save’ Button this will then display the API Key field for the Weather Station as input required you input the key [do not press enter] the next step is to then click on the Save Button.
If you follow that procedure it saves the weather station id and the key.
