Too little energy after upload, according to PVOuput

Hello and thank you for welcoming me to the community.

I have a Danfoss Servemaster here. Unfortunately, it only supports FTP uploads. Now I’ve connected a Raspberry Pi with the SolarView software.

The following problem is occurring: When I read the data logger here, I have, for example, a feed-in yield of 20 kWh. This value is also displayed on the inverter.
However, the PVOutput portal shows much less. It’s about 4 kWh less.
Is this a bug in the portal? Or where should I look for the error?
Could someone please help me?
Best regards from Germany,
Thorsten

If your Solarview software is reporting the feed-in yield correctly consistently and if PVOutput portal is reporting the reduction of kWh consistently, then you could apply a formula on the PVOutput side from the settings on your PVOutput portal to correct this. : Feed-in yield = (1+ (4/20)) x feed-in yield sensor or: 1.2 * Feed-in sensor.

Check what values are being sent from SolarView, if it only sends power W (v2) then PVOutput will calculate the energy Wh (v1).

This can lead to differences if the power update interval is high > 5 minutes or missing intervals.

To override the calculation, send the energy value you want to record (v1).
