TED 5000 data not showing up in pvoutput

Hi - I have a TED 5000 that used to work with pvoutput, showing both generation and consumption. At some point, a couple years ago actually, it stopped working. As I have an enphase system that accurately showed my generation this TED issue was put on the back burner.

I recently got my first non-zero supply bill from the electric company so I’d like to get this working. I donated to unlock editing a 2nd site and from what I can tell all my ‘TED’ pvoutput site settings are correct. On my local side, I’m able to view the TED portal and everything works perfectly - I can see generation, consumption. When I click “Edit => Activate Energy Posting” and enter the appropriate url and key I get a popup after a few seconds saying “Activation Successful!”

Yet no matter how many times I attempt setting up the energy posting I don’t see anything except “This system has not recorded any outputs.” on pvoutput.

Wondering if there’s anything else I can try?

Thanks for any help!

There does not seem to be any activity / posting from the TED system. Check there are no firewall settings blocking web traffic from TED5000 to pvoutput.org

Thanks for the reply. There is nothing to block the TED; the only thing between it and my provider is a standard dd-wrt home router with no customization to speak of.

I set up another pvoutput account and it looks like energy posting is working there. Not sure why as I believe my settings are the same in both accounts.

Thanks

Please provide link to both the working and non-working system.

Apologies for the delay.

Working: https://www.pvoutput.org/intraday.jsp?id=62780&sid=55855

Non-working: http://pvoutput.org/intraday.jsp?id=20958&sid=18846

Thanks, the details are identical.

Try re-entering the PVOutput authentication id on the TED for system id 18846 and re-pushing the data.

The device may not capable of pushing to two destinations at once and will only use the last configured destination.

Hi,
I have the TED 5000 system as well kettBVHome and I had the exact same issue as well. These are the methods I tried to get it to work:

  1. Unplug the gateway, wait 10 seconds, replug, then try to activate energy posting with a computer connected with a network cable directly to the modem instead of wireless connection. If that does not work then
  2. go to the TED portal and from the Advanced tab, go to “reset totals to zero”. You will lose data for that day and your monthly totals will be reset to zero as well.
Hope one of those will work as the second one did for me recently
