Tariff - Manage Plans - Date picker not storing YEAR value?

I was just going through the process of adding my current Tariff when I got the notification about overlapping dates.

When I checked, I found a plan from 2024 was being treated as 2025.
I re-loaded it, checked the dates in the date picker, and they were all defaulting to 2025.
I corrected the dates to 2024, saved the Plan, re-loaded the plan, and re-checked the dates - they had all reverted to 2025.
If I click the Check Plans ‘Validation’ button, it says the plans are overlapping.

Is there an issue with the Year value not being correctly stored with Plans?
Or are we restricted to a single 12 month, calendar year, set of plan/tariff data?

I notice in the Manage Plans list box, it only shows the dates in (DD-MMM) format which adds to my thoughts there may be an issue?

It also flags that I have plans with overlapping dates, even though one is for 2024 and the other is for 2025:

The plan date ranges do not include the year. This means they do not need to be updated every year.

OK, but if I’m changing plans often, which I do (multiple times per year), then my historical data is incorrect as it is based on a current plan and not the plan at the time.

Not a big problem, but it does mean historical data inaccuracy?
