Hi guys,
I’ve logged into Sunny Portal and it hasn’t recorded inputs or outputs since Aug last year - I usually use PVOutput, so know that the system is working as it has been generating daily. If I click on PV System Monitoring, SMA Smart Connected says that its Deactivated and the Edit button is greyed out - is that normal?
Anyone able to help me chase this down?
