Strange Child Aggregation

Hi, I have two child systems aggregated into a parent. The sum of the two children does not equal the combined output that should be the parent total. It has happened more than once. Towards the end of day the correct total is shown, however at some point during the night the total combined reverts to a non recognisable number. Only happens when the output is high.

Please provide an example

i.e. for which date/time where the children do not match the parent.

please look at child system id’s 54811 and 54793 that roll up to 54521 for date 7 November

same issue happened today

The issue is the parent system 54521 is downloading its own data from SolarEdge that will overwrite any aggregation from the children.

The Auto Uploader need to be set to None on the parent.

Hi, I have done as you have suggested… I now have additional issue in that the consumption is not coming across from child 54811 into 54521 please look today 15th, i manually loaded 10-14 November

Aggregation Mode should be Both on the parent, currently it is set to Solar.
