SolarEdge data stopped uploading to PVOutput

Hi

My system hasn’t received any data on PVOutput since 27 May.
Data is still coming though to the SolarEdge monitoring site, and I haven’t changed any PVOutput settings so presumably it’s not an issue at my end. The API key test returns the inverter model and serial number.
Any idea what the problem could be?

Me too. Everything has worked fine for years and my data is fine in the SolarEdge site, but no data in PVOutput since May 26.

SolarEdge API responded the access errors (“Error occurred while fetching equipment data.”) which usually removes site from download after a few hours.

To re-enable edit your PVOutput system and “Save” without making any changes, this will re-initiate the download from SolarEdge.

A-ha! That did the trick. Many thanks.

That worked for me too as well. Would this have been a problem for everyone with a SolarEdge inverter?

Same problem, same solution… Thx a lot…

This has fixed the issue, but ever since this date it looks like something is different. I used to see smooth power curves when I look at a single day. Now it is more like steps going up and down - like the data is only retrieved on a lower frequency or it is being displayer differently.

This would be SolarEdge responding with 15-minute intervals in the raw data.

PVOutput will average out the 15-minute blocks into 5-minute intervals.

This can be confirmed by replacing the solaredge site and key with your own details below

I also find that I no longer have voltage or temp data in PV Output. Why is that? Is that no longer available from the SolarEdge API? The graphs above show an example of this.
