Good, as SolarEdge Support seems unable to grasp the problem:

I am the installer, and that is the correct API key for this site. The JSON request with that API key returns results as expected. The otherwise identical CSV request with the same API key previously returned results as expected but several weeks ago began returning Access Denied. Please escalate this ticket to someone who can fix the CSV endpoint.

The API key is correct, as the JSON endpoint returns results as expected.
The problem is with the CSV endpoint, which no longer returns results.
My ticket includes examples. This problem is not specific to my system.
Please escalate to the development team so this bug can be fixed.
