Retrospectively pulling data from Enphase Envoy into PVoutput?

Our system was commissioned in late July but I didn’t create our pvoutput account until around a week later. In that interim I was simply manually obtaining the data figures from the Enphase web app (MyEnlighten) and putting it into PVoutput.

Once I’d discovered how to auto-upload this was much better… (not least because you got a live output rather than just a single daily result).

However I haven’t figured out if there is a way or even it’s possible to ‘go back’ and add the data in that’s probably sitting in that Envoy for the period of time before I’d configured auto uploading.

Any ideas or tips on how to do this ?

There isn’t a way to automatically do this and it places unnecessary load on the servers if too many people attempt to backload their data at the same time.

It’s not detailed, but you could do a daily production report, copy and paste it into a csv format and load that up to get historic daily totals. Not the best but maybe better than manually inputting the daily production values.

G’day Bankstownbloke,

Yep, I understand if tens or hundreds of people were trying to do this all at the same time… but that seems unlikely ? In my case I was talking about a few days worth of data and if pvoutput had a way of publishing ‘low load time’ on the servers i’d be happy to set the alarm and hit the ‘upload’ button at some time that didn’t cause unnecessary load…

That’s not a bad idea and I didn’t realise that approach could work. I’ll give it a go and see what it looks like for a single day…
