Rainforest Automation portal not showing any data since 7/12/25

The Rainforest Automation portal seems to be down. Yesterday I could only get a blinking cloud LED on the EAGLE-200 device and wasn’t able to login into the device.

This morning I have a proper solid cloud LED on the device and can login into the device but no data is being seen from the device on the portal.

The device is still pushing proper data to PVOutput.org via POST though.

On the Rainforest QA status page, they showed this event that coincides with when my device stopped showing data.

Investigating - One of our upstream providers is currently experiencing an outage. We are monitoring the impact of this on our application.

Rainforest Automation Support got back to me just now for the ticket I opened on Friday.

Said they had an issue with their cloud that they just got fixed but I have will have missing data from July 12 to July 14 which they said can’t be recovered.

Looks like they are populating data to their cloud portal again. They closed my ticket as resolved.
