i.e PVoutput record to 12.00pm already when the real time is only 11:50am? so 10 minutes different.

Your title is somewhat confusing. So PVoutput is recording data 10 minutes early and then magically and suddenly reports the data in real time without any intervention?
It sounds like something weird is happening with your real time clock (RTC) - a common issue with Fronius inverters. Log into the inverter’s admin console and check the inverter’s RTC with a known good time source.
It would be related to the timestamp recorded by the inverter that is sent to PVOutput.
Check your inverter time setting as @gyrex suggested.
