Pv output plus app no longer working

For some reason my pvoutputplus app has stopped working. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, however it will not accept my system id. I have checked that the system id is correct so I’m now stuck. Has anyone else experienced this and found a resolution

Not that I’m aware of. Uploading of data from my inverter application still works as I can see the data being added if I log into pvoutput via the web page, and this uses the api key that I set up initially

If you use the “Back” button, and reload, it’ll work again. This has to do with the recent change requiring logins for almost all HTTP web requests. It looks like PVOutput Plus does things over HTTP instead of using API-based endpoints like other apps use, and thus is tripped up when the login request comes in. The “back” button trick generally works.

Hi. Thanks for the suggestion but unfortunately it hasn’t worked. The app still generates a red error message stating: this p/m system does not exist. I have verified the system id from the web page url and I’m convinced it is correct

Is it possible you have a second system in there with incorrect configuration? May be worth clearing storage on the app to wipe it clean, and then reopen it, with your confirmed system ID.

Hi. No - I have re-installed the app and I still get the same error message. I have also just installed the app in an android handset and I receive the same error on that platform too
