PV ladder filter on inverter brand is case sensitive

Hi,
I just found out that the PV ladder filter on inverter brand “starts with” is case sensitive.
That means that your success in finding similar installations is limited, as users may capitalize differently.
Also a “Starts with” filter results vary, as some users may start with inverter name, type name, brand name or manufacturer name; its all free text.

Therefor the request,
Would it be possible to:

  1. make text search case insensitive
  2. have a “Contains” text search

Updated ladder inverter/panel filter to ‘contains’ and case insensitive.
