Problem with uploads

Hello,

In the last few weeks I have been experiencing problems with uploads of my generation to PVoutput. For some hours ther eis no upload, then it comes back, but is happening more often than in the past. Consumption is working great (separate device)

The communication log shows
1 wait 7 timeout, retry
Or
Wait 2

I am using Aurora Monitor 1.07 on Windows.

Thanks for any help!

I’m using ZeverCloud API to upload inverter data and at the moment it is taking 1 1/2 to 2 hours to update. Is this a similar issue?

What is the system id?

It is 66645. Thank you!

E.g. yesterday between 11:00-12:10, or 29.09. between 10:45:12:50, or 27.09. till 12:05

There seem to be many uploads by this system every few seconds, so it may be reaching API limits every few hours.

e.g.

Please check the logging software why uploads are happening so frequently, there may be multiple instances of the script running sending duplicate data.

@bankstownbloke Thank you! I checked, and what I see is that the script is set to send each 5 minutes only.

Are the uploads the generation uploads or consumption? As the aurora program for windows never have had such problems before I suspect it could be the other device that is uploading that much (though this one is set to 5 minutes only too). I changed the values in this device too, hope it will work fluently now. Thank you!
