Plans greyed out

Hi,
Recently my donation period for my account expired. I found that all my Tariff plans were no longer listed as Saved, and all the input fields greyed out. I went and made renewed my donation, and now show as donation-enabled, but my system (id 46384) still shows no Saved plans, and the input fields are still all greyed out, preventing me from entering new ones.

Two questions:

1. How can I re-enable/use Tariff Plans again
2. Should I expect my old Saved plans to return? Or will I need to re-enter them? Not the biggest deal if not, PG&E is expiring my current rate plan at the end of the year, but it would be convenient for making some comparisons.

If the donation expired, best to log out and in again and the plan options should be available again.
