Plan Comparison isn't working - Selected plans don't update page

I am trying to use the Compare Plans feature and it the page loads with “Current” data graphed and the first five columns in the table filled with data. As I click on the plan name hyperlinks under the graph the table and graph don’t change/update.

Essentially I cannot compare anything because the page will only show Current.

This is in Chrome 85.0.4183.121

This should now be working, plan has ‘DST Adjust’ setting enabled which was not handled correctly -
