Not Listed in PV Ladder

If I click on my rating number, I appear in the list of all the uploaders. However if I click on “PV Ladder” it automatically gets filtered to NY but I am not on that list, My location settings are correct.

What am I missing?

The system “Forever Home” appears on the ladder with US/NY filter
