I have two Sungrow Solar Systems at my place. The SG5 has two strings on the house and the SH5 has one string on the garage.
I thought I could do a Data Aggregation to have them show the combined output, it seems to only allow you fill one filed from another system and not total them up.
Is this the way it’s suppose to work, and if so is there another way to total the outputs?

You’ll need to setup 3 systems, 1 for each string and a parent system that aggregates both systems.
See https://pvoutput/help/data_aggregation.html#configuration
I have two systems currently. Why am I unable to create another normally configured system to become the parent so the existing systems can become the children?
When I add a third system, it does not have the normal look of a blank system waiting to be configured. Also it defaults to Australia. Does not have the ability to define panel counts for different arrays or any place to put batteries.
These systems: 28621 and 111702
New systems can be configured to what ever you want, you need to change the system’s location to your country and postcode if applicable, just ilke you did with the first two systems.
To make the new system a parent, you need to edit the existing systems and assign the new system as parent.
Please provide a screenshot of this example of not being able to add panel counts or battery information.
Too late. I backed out of the attempt as both systems got fubared. Returned to independent systems to at least get the new Tesla 111702 system reporting correctly again. The SMA system 28621 is stil messed up for the consumption data.
