Low output alert not triggered

I created a PVOutput-account and set it up to a DSMR-reader docker, which is currently working as it should.

However, I would like to monitor the status of my sonar panels (and connected hardware) by creating a ‘low output alert’ in the settings.

Since my inverter is currently not working, my output is 0 watts. I would expect that using the settings in the picture triggers an email when there’s less than 1 watt output for 45 minutes between 11am and 3 pm. But nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong here, or is my understanding of this functionality not correct?

The alert will only trigger if 0W is sent. The absence of data does not count.

Ok, I understand. Is there a way to trigger an alert when no data is received?
