Loading Missing SBFspot Data

I know that there are various threads on this but I can’t find exactly what I’m looking for and I don’t want to mess things up with the wrong command.

It looks like my Raspberry Pi hung while I was away on holiday and I have missing data on PVOutput. I have restarted my Pi and it loaded all of today (14th September) but part of the 7th and all of the 8/9/10/11/12 and 13th September are still missing.

What is the correct command please to load the missing data?

I think I’ve worked out that I need to run

/usr/local/bin/sbfspot.3/SBFspot -adx -am1 -ae1 -v -finq -nocsv

where x is the number of historical days I want to load. Assuming I run this on the 15th September the parameter would be -ad8 which would reload the 14th and the 7th as well as the missing days in between. The 14th has a complete set of data and the 7th is mostly complete so would this be ok or would I end up with duplicate records?
