Hi everyone,
I am facing an issue when trying to retrieve live solar data through the PVOutput API. I’ve been using the getstatus.jsp endpoint; but my requests either return incomplete data / result in a timeout error. 
I have rechecked my API key and system ID; & both seem correct. I’m also ensuring the request parameters follow the documentation; but still no luck.
I am wondering if there’s a possibility of rate limits / data caching causing the delays. Could server-side issues with PVOutput be at play; or might I be hitting an API quota I’m unaware of?

I have also tried querying at different times of the day with similar results.
Any help troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated!
