There is a system that was on PVOutput for a period of 4 days that is skewing the aggregate data for all of Canada. Is it possible to have this system eliminated from the database?
When you look at the country data for Canada it says that the average system size is 14.7kW. This data is totally skewed by a system called “ORS 160 SOLAR” that is supposedly 647kW in size and has 4 days of outputs on PVOutput, the last one being 07/05/13.
How do I know this system skews the data? Because when you look through the 76 systems in Canada that are on the system there is only one other system that is bigger than the average of 14.7kW and it is 14.8kW. So this one system that was on PVOutput for 4 days has totally hosed the stats for an entire country. This one system accounts for 58% of the output of the Canadian systems on PVOutput. If you remove this one system it changes the average system size from 14.7kW to a much more reasonable 7.6kW. And this system was only ever on PVOutput for 4 days. And the Lat/Long coordinates for this system but it in the South Atlantic just south of the Ghanian coast.
In addition there are teeny-tiny systems that someone was playing around with that are less than 100W. These should also be removed from the system if you want the aggregate stats to mean anything.
