I have system (Id 104983) which I use for live loader and API testing however I’ve just tried to upload some data using the live loader and it appears that I no longer have access to it. The system has been dormant since 27th July - is there anything I can do to get it back?

Is there an error or the load is accepted and nothing happens?
It’s almost as if I’m no longer the owner. It’s not coming up in my list of systems to live load to and if I click on the system name to edit it, it only presents me with a few fields.

Try the Account Settings and click ‘Edit’ from the system list.
