I have been registered for years but my data have not been updated since 2020. I thoght may be it’s because my donation had lapsed.
, so I made another donation. It had no effect. How can I reactivate reporting?
Donations won’t affect your ability to upload data, it looks like the system is using the API to upload directly, I’d check any logging software being setup is still working correctly and sending data to PVOutput.
