How to tell when your United Energy Smart Meter is setup

Its been 1&1/2 months since our PV installation i was told the meter would need a software update & then
the meter would start showing kw reading after the 13 on the led display.
Is this correct?
Should i call United Energy?

I Called United Energy & was tolded the meter was reconfigured today, on the same day we received our first solar bill, since the system was installed.
The guy gave me some BS about a 15 Business Day wait tho. Meaning nothings been done.

When i see the 13 reading on the meter then i will know the update has taken place.
