How to display daily by Date Range?

I have a non-monthly billing cycle. I stinks that it is not consistent but I can deal with that. I have my rates entered and I can see my daily costs. I am trying not to have to import my data into excel to do this. What I am wanting to do is to display my daily data by a date range…like Jan 21 through Feb 20 or something to that effect. I can’t figure out how to do that. Is it possible and if so, how?

The billing cycle feature is now available under the Edit Tariff screen, just above the TOU settings. A cycle can have 2 to 4 periods, typically seasons. I will look again…the last time, I didn’t think it would do what I wanted. I am mainly just wanting the filters so if Billing Cycles can handle this, that would fulfill my requirements.
