in Portugal (and some EU countries as well) the energy supplier and energy meters average the energy consumed/returned in 15-minute intervals.
pvoutput only has the option to choose periods of 30 minutes, would it be possible to develop the possibility of making averages of 15 in tariff → Net Interval minutes as well?
