Hi all, Just a newby, 1st world problems. I’m unable to load any previous date. All my formatting is correct except i keep getting this same msg. I’ve trolled through the forum and have been unable to find this in any past posts. I have also read the help files. Here is a sample .

The details at the end just says Date is too far in the past. This is the case even if i try yesterdays date?

How are you trying to upload the historic data? There are restrictions on the format(s) that are allowed. The date format may vary with the upload method - Check the online help for the correct format.
There is also a limit on the age of historic data that can be added.
Thank you, have read the help topics, it accepts everything I put in, I did have to change the format from : to /. But still wouldn’t accept my data. I left it for a couple of days then tried again. Hey presto it worked. I think it was just a glitch in the matrix. Thx Matt
