I have a used Envoy that contains the list of micro inverters used by the previous owner. The Envoy finds my inverters just fine but I haven’t figured out how to delete the old inverters. Help?
Are you using the Enphase “Installer Toolkit” App on a mobile device to access the system setup (available in the app store for IOS or Android/Google)?
Once you access the system (by an automatic search or inputting the IP of the Envoy), there is a section under “Micros” then “Manage” to select and delete the unwanted micro inverters. (I think it should to be done during the day with sunlight for it to recognize at least active inverters). I have the newest version Enlighten manager, not sure if it will be the same for your system.
