Enphase not accepting uploaded data?

I got an Alert email from PVOutput stating my Enphase system hadn’t reported data in an hour (I like it!). I checked on Enlighten and it appears my system hasn’t uploaded any data since 10:00AM EDT…which coincides with the last data PVOutput has. I’ve checked my Enphase Envoy-s and the green communication LED (Cloud icon) is solid green, which according to Enphase documentation indicates my system is communicating with the Enphase host. For grins, I recycled my router and my Enphase system, have waited more than 15 minutes and no change…data still not uploading to Enphase. I tried calling the US Enphase Support number but even though I provided the proper info, the robot disconnected me after telling me only Enphase installers can call the support line.

As an aside, another US Enphase / PVOutput user I communicate with shows his Enphase system hasn’t uploaded any data to PVOutput since 2:00PM. I sent him an email and will update here once I hear if he is experiencing the same issue.

If anyone knows how to confirm the health of the Enphase host system, I’d love to know!

Thanks,
Tim

I guess I should have waited 10 more minutes…I now see a banner on my Enlighten screen stating “Enlighten processing of Envoy data is experiencing some delays. Envoy may report - Web connection. No data is being lost and Enphase engineers are working to resolve the issue.”

Enlighten looks good now

Yeah, I’ve seen some long delays in their processing data over the last 18 months since my install, but they’ve not lost much, just been delayed.

My system has not reported correctly in nearly a week. The Enphase data looks fine but this info here is missing. How do I find the source of the error? It was working fine up till about a week ago and now no new updates. I didn’t reset anything.

I had a similar problem with Enphase data several weeks back, along with some others. The advice of one user was to go into the Settings for the Enphase system and go through the motions of setting up the API registration for Enphase. Apparently Enphase was dropping the API registrations for some reason. It worked for me … I hope this helps!
