Enphase Envoy LCD Stuck Rebooting - Enphase Won't Fix

Hi,

Does anyone know how to reset this unit? I purchased it for stand alone use and I am told it has to be connected to the internet otherwise it fills up with data and then fails.

It is out of warranty and I paid $500 and now they won’t repair this one or tell me how to reset the unit. So how will I start collecting SRECs without this unit. I am not spending another $500 for a new one.

I am not happy with Enphase esp. being a stock holder of theirs. This is bad business practice.

Does anyone know how to reset this unit back to factory defaults?
