Since yesterday morning, February 18, 2025, the data from Enphase is not coming into pvoutput. I have gone through the authorization procedure several times. (revoking and re-granting access) but nothing seems to help. When I consulted this community I ended up on this thread. Now I suspect that my problem has everything to do with this. I see messages about the upgrade from API v2 to v4 for the first time and so it is too late to do that before February 17, 2025.
What can I do to still arrange the connection/authorization so that my data arrives at pvoutput again?

I’ve just done mine this morning. I’ve been ignoring the upgrade message since 2022 like everyone else ! Was V2 - clicked V4 and authorised. All missing data from yesterday has been automatically uploaded, and todays data is uploading correctly. Couldn’t have been easier !
Just do the upgrade - only takes a minute, and all missing data since 17/02 is uploaded automatically !
Except we set up hundreds of systems for our customers and without their logins we can’t ‘upgrade’.
Currently writing an email to hundreds of customers.
In the meantime I have also done the upgrade. It appears that it probably also succeeded on 18 Feb, but the data was not shown. Yesterday after first in the settings back to v2 and authorized. I got a message with a link in it to the authorization. Back to v4 and authorized and that worked. I do have a GAP of 405 min. Data from 18 Feb so manually corrected the total.

I can’t seem to be able to get the authorize link to take me to the v4 API authorization. The v2 version just tells me I have no systems in my account.
After you managed to authorize (it typically doesn’t work the first time for me), you need to make sure to click “Save” at the bottom of the screen where you clicked the button to authorize API access - unless the save button is clicked, the authorization doesn’t actually do anything (took me a while to figure this out as well…)
I found out today why I haven’t been getting any updates from Enphase since 2/17/2025. It had nothing to do with the v4 or authorization, which all appeared to work correctly. Instead, it was the upload interval, which was set to 15 minutes. After complaining to Enphase, and getting no help from their end (“everything looks OK from here”), I started going through the PVoutput system edit with a fine-tooth comb.
What I noticed in small, grey type below the upload interval entry is something to the effect “Minimum 1 hr., but if you donate, you can change it to 20 minutes” ?! Say what? Why is there a value of 15 minutes in the pull-down if it’s not legal for donors OR non-donors?
I’m a non-donor, so I change it to 1 hr. and saved the change, and poof! as if my magic, my current output showed up on the live display. Nothing though from the previous couple of months. I guess that is all lost.
Why in the Sam Hill would PVoutput set up up folks to fail by choosing 15 minute uploads by default (which apparently had been working for the past couple of years), and NOT complain when you go to save your edits?
