Energy export maximum

Hi there,

I am adding another inverter and 6.6KW of panels to my existing 4.1KW system. So i will have 10.7KW on a single phase system. There will be a maximum of 5KW export, so if i’m generating 8KW, using 2KW, I am only export 5KW and not 6KW. Is there a way of putting this in a rule?

Hi cable-dg,

Looking at Auto Uploader — PVOutput documentation you could try an autoloader rule like ‘Example 1’ except in your case if(power > 5000) power = 5000; Does this mean your system is throttled back so that GENERATION can never be > 5kW + LOAD?

Do you only want to limit the export but still keep the generation as-is?
