Effect of humidity on PV output

Checking papers etc on the internet it seems that higher humidity should result in lower output, but my Effigy plots show days of higher intermittent cloud, with presumably higher humidity, have higher peak outputs than clear days, days with presumably lower humidity. My brother-in-law who does not have a monitor but who checks the output on the inverter display, finds the same result.

Comments?

well yes i have found that its the U/V reflecting of the clouds that causes higher outputs,i can see this very clearly on my system as it points 30 deg away from due east, so late in the afternoon the sun is behind my roof and not shining directly on my panels, on days of intermittent cloud in the afternoon instead of about 100 watts output it will sometimes go up to 1500 watts jim
