Efergy "NO DATA RECORDED" and History Offset

Hello I have a problem on efergy autoupload… a lot of time pvoutput report “no data recorded” on 5 minutes record.
I am a donator so I have enabled the “History Offset”.
But what is the setting of this parameter?
I read “Offset value to send to Efergy history request, leave as None if unsure”
I can set

  1. None
  2. 0 minutes
  3. 60 minutes
  4. -60 minutes
    please help me

I have tried both 0 and None without any results

The “offset” setting adjusts the timestamp of the energy history requests from energyhive. This should be left as “None” in most cases.

The History requests are only for the last day or 24 hours.

Sorry but it does not work
No change of data… no history record are retrieved

The “History” request only covers the last 24hrs, this is to fill in missing data in the last 24hr period. It does not go further than 1 day.

Yes but it does not retrieve anything…
It is perfect if this function retrieve only last 24hours but no record are retrieved yesterday and also day before… everyday I see empty record.
Nothing is changed with this feature
Yesterday a lot of record missing
Day before the same
Today the same

To clarify the “history”

The history query is from Efergy and it only retreives the last 24 hours of available data.

If there is no data available from Efergy then it won’t be available.

PVOutput is working as intended.

Into efergy there is data every minutes
The history query seems to dont be executed
There is no change with history enabled.
Every day data is missing into pvoutput but are available into efergy

Data from the last two days look fine

No please check compare report
Both yesterday and day before have a lot of data missing

Your efergy monitor is returning two sids 77 and 2523 for the history report. PVOutput will use the first one if no sid is specified i.e. 77 which has no data.

In the PVOutput Efergy Auto Upload add the “sid” i.e. 2523 to extract the correct one.
