How is distance in favourites activated?

It is shown by default in the first column below the map on the favourites page.

The value in favourites on my logon is aways 0.00 km

This is because the all have the same postcode as your own system.

Thanks for the response perhaps a Mouse-Over at the input field or the details added to ‘Help’ might avoid the question from other users.
