Daily output showing exported values are wrong - SOLVED

Something changed on the website. I looked at my daily output first thing this morning and everything looked normal.

Now I show export data for yesterday and today Daily page matching production when the exported value should be nil.

But looking into the Live data pages for production and consumption show normal values with nil exported data values. Something went wrong with the website data displays.

I am using Eagle Push for delivering NET data and nothing has changed for that device configuration.

It looks about right, since power consumption is consistently above generation throughout the day, so there would be negligible export.

That is what I am saying. I have almost no export on most days because consumption is always more than production. So the data shown for 5-31 and 6-1 should not show any export in the daily tables.

And on those days I do show consumption or Energy Used on both days for Show All and Show Consumption Only graph plots.

The math doesn’t add for the tables for those days. No way to have Power Export equal to Generation when there is Consumption data present.

You still haven’t fixed my account. I see exported generation building in the tables today again.

I’m thinking you don’t understand my complaint yet, or I have made a bad attempt to draw attention to what is wrong. I’ve marked up the daily production screenshot to highlight what shouldn’t be there for Exported values.

As you can see from days before 5-31, I have minimal Exported values because my Consumption always for the most part, other than cooler days when I don’t have to run the A/C, should be nil. I only export kWh for the brief periods when the A/C cycles off and my production in the early aftenoons actually exceeds my consumption.

Since 5-31 for some reason, my consumption data is not being subtracted from the generation data for NET values on the daily graph. But as you can see from my other image of Net Generation, the consumption data is there and the Energy Export is nil.

OK, I figured out what the issue was finally. I hadn’t switched the Tariff period to Summer which started 1 June. It was still on Winter Tariff and I guess since it was now outside the Winter Tariff period, it ignored the Tariff configuration for Export and Import models to be NET.

Now that I have enabled the Summer Tariff schedule, the Exported table values are showing correctly now. Sorry to have bugged you. I didn’t realize that the Tariff schedules can perturb what the Daily graphs show.
