There has been a minor change in the Tariff behaviour when no TOU time periods have been defined.
Previously, if a tariff plan did not have any time of use then the peak rate would always be used.
The new behaviour is to assign the tariff in the following order if they are available -
- Off-peak
- Peak
- Shoulder
- High shoulder
This will now allow non-peak flat rates to be defined and shown in the TOU screen.
