I believe it was listed in the old help facility. Moving to read-the-docs format is a big improvement, but I seem to have fallen through the cracks.

IoTaWatt will monitor and log generation and consumption, retaining the data locally for up to 10 years. It supports various external databases including PVoutput. The uploader will push 5 minute live data. In the event of a communication or server outage, it will recover seamlessly.

I can provide documentation for your site, or you can reference the documentation on the IoTaWatt site.
