Is this possible? Can a 5kW system actually average 7.2kW over a 15 minute period?

Hi it look like your system is reporting in 15 min time blocks although it may be its set to 5 min in the settings, this will make the average power look very odd ,like yours although it has very little effect on the power generated readings, i have seen my system record very high and very low average power readings when my computer updated its time or when my inverter updated its time, like today at 9.40 seen here --Jims maxim jinkos 6.625KW— live today at 9.40, this is perhaps why your average power registers 0 between time slots of 15 min.
your inverter will have a max output of 5050 watts over a 5 min period,this is the max allowed under Australian design rules hope this helps,feel free to ask more
