Autoupload not working, SolarEdge API 403 error

Hi, I’ve just set up my system, but cannot get the data from the SolarEdge monitoring portal to autoupload to PVOutput. The PVOutput help file gives a SolarEdge URL to use to test the API. I plugged my SolarEdge site ID and API key into that URL in my browser and got an HTTP status 403 error (“Access to the specified resource has been forbidden”). Does this mean there is a problem with the API key? Or something else I should troubleshoot? Thanks for any tips.

New to this forum but usually a typo with the API key is what causes this. If the API key was generated by your installer make sure there is no typos. Usually Site ID is good as you will be able to see it in your Solar Edge monitoring account.
