Aurora Monitor connection issue

Hi. I’m struggling to understand why I get a ‘ update failed’ error, no doubt a basic error on my part. I first set the software to update every 5 minutes then reduced this to 15 minutes but consistently get the same error. I’ve been through the software and PvOutput setups many times but everything looks fine to me. Any ideas for a fix would be much appreciated. Thanks

The PVOutput API key is incorrect.
