New to PVOutput and out of 3 PV systems I own, I could not upload my APS Systems ECU data.
Is there any plans to include APS ECU as an Automatic Uploads device in the future? Or is there a workaround?

I’ve enabled OpenAPI access on the APS EMA portal and provided the OpenAPI User Manual:
What are the steps to add the APS ECU OpenAPI device to Automatic Uploads?

No current plans unless there are more people asking for this feature.
Can I upload data manually or provide the device API for PVOutput? Would need a sample device template to update the appropriate calls via the AP Systems OpenAPI service.
