Is the site down? [resolved as of 13:00 GMT]

Hitting https://pvoutput.org/outputs.jsp:

My logger uploads are failing too.

Same problem here - started around 15:40 this afternoon (British Summer Time).

My last graph update is 14:30 GMT, so matches.

Last output at 7:30 this morning Mountain ST

Even the TED5000 statistics shows attempts to upload and failing to do so,

I have the same error showing.

downuptime.net indicates it is now back up but world wide access still not working. I just tried and still am getting same error

Still showing as down here. Not looking forward to manually running the perl script to upload the figures for the outage :frowning:

I had to immediately amend my logger to also log into a CSV format I can just copy-paste into PVO’s live-loader. :expressionless:

Mine too ame message

Site is back up showing graphing.

However, data uploads via live-loader (as well as API?) don’t seem to work.

It is back online but I have not seen uploads despite TED5000 showing successful uploads. Last data still at time when it was down

And… Back online with uploads

Back on line for me too

All services should be running normally now.

We are working with the hosting provider to look into the cause of the problem, as it does not appear to be related to PVOutput software.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

I have followed the instructions to use the integration service (both for in and out) running on a raspberry pi connected to my Powerwall 2. I noticed what everyone else did with the system outage today. My stopped at 7:40am Pacific and restarted at 2:55pm Pacific. When it reconnected, it did not upload the data from 7:45am and on. It picked up from the time it connected, leaving a gap. I have read the Help section on uploads, but it’s not clear to me how to leverage the Powerwall integration service log files to fill in the gaps.
Is there a way to use the integration service to reload both full log files of data?
Is there another means to upload the log files preserving the 5 minute increments?

Something weird happened to my system in the outage, it’s way overreported import/consumption:

https://pvoutput.org/intraday.jsp?id=57477&sid=57697&dt=20180330

This doesn’t match even close to Fronius solarweb, you can see the massive jump at 22:35.

Will a liveload fix this?

The PW0-2018-03-30.log file contains all the data downloaded from the gateway. This is located in the “dir=” setting of pvoutput.ini

The data can be copied from there and uploaded manually via Live Loader -

https://pvoutput.org/help.html#load-intraday

Although if the Integration Service is unable to connect to PVOutput it should retry until successful.

Was the data manually fixed? As the jump is not visible in the current data.

Yeah I tried fixing it with Fronius CSV reports but they were down, finally worked an hour later. It’s good enough for now, but not sure why the reports have power consumption under 50W, when I’m usually around 300W standby power. Any tips for live loading fronius data (do you get the CSV from solarweb or some other way?).
