I have been looking for a new system but no luck, I think they have a new platform efergy pro for ther new devices but its app only. Have tried to register but not having much luck
They respond the fallowing;
The Efergy engage hub and app have been retired. However Efergy will still be supporting the product for a foreseeable future The website is managed by a third party company and they are working on getting this back up.
Thank you,
Yes, I received the same message. Looks like Florida Eco Products are now selling the new Efergy products
If its any help anyone, i have found an app that works with engage efergy. I found it in the google app store some time ago its called Monitor by danial Stone in the UK
Seem to work well at least until engage is back up
Regards
Graham
I am currently using the Energyhive web portal, it has a nearly identical layout to the Efergy engage hub.
It has all of my history since June 2021.
There is no Energyhive App even though it is mentioned on the site.
The help Tab linked below should get you online.

Thanks so much!!
Working perfectly.

Also working fine - thanks a mill.

Thanks for the tip. Everything seemed to work in that the meter spins giving me live consumption but the data from my Efergy Engage Hub is not being translated into hourly/daily graph plots yet. Any idea what I should do to correct this please?
Site up today hope the fix the problem permanently
Yes. Noticed the Engage App seemingly working again but it too is not gathering new data to display on the graphs.
It also seems to me that EnergyHive and Efergy Engage websites are one and the same. I changed my password on my EnergyHive login and the Efergy Engage app would not respond until I used the new password on it as well. Strange.
The two sites do look to be the same. I logged in to the EnergyHive website using my Engage username and password which worked.
There was no data shown on PVOutput so I have created a new App Token and all of the data has been populated over the last few weeks and is up to date.
So now it looks like its up and running but you may need to create a new App Token for it to work
Thanks for the suggestion I have checked the app tokens and the only one missing was the ‘website’ variant so added that but the recent data since Nov’24 to today still hasn’t loaded yet but the historic data from Jan’24-Aug’24 is still there so I am not quite sure what might be going on. Presume some software handshake needs to happen first but it sees my equipment, says it’s working and sending data every 6 seconds but still isn’t being plotted on the daily graph yet. Any help welcome.
Im not experienced with this stuff or IT, so I don’t have any suggestions. My data is actually missing from the time Engage was down to when it was back up. For me that was 2nd December to 18th December.
OK thanks anyway, hopefully someone will come along and suggest something to fix the lack of data from the server.
Had a reply to my email from Hildebrand & Glow support who currently maintain the EnergyHive / Engage server and here is what they said
“We have not heard from the efergy team in a very long time and no idea what is happening.
As you know we do power their dashboard. Are you aware that we retired our energyhive service around seven years ago? We try to keep it going but can’t promise anything.
My colleague did fix something that was affecting data storage recently on energyhive - hopefully this has addressed the point you raised. FYI, you could use your efergy credentials to login to energyhive.”
So it seems the Efergy service is no more and therefore all our equipment is redundant and useless which is such a shame as it did work nicely for a long time and I had hopes it would continue to do so.
In future I shall make sure any replacement kit I purchase allows local storage/display of data on a PC or NFS device rather than a cloud based solution. Just annoying that no-one bothered to contact users to advise us before pulling the plug.
Mine has stopped working again
Unlucky. Happy New Year anyway and here’s to resolving our issues.
working again, power supply problem
thank you very much. all the best.
I managed to intercept the traffic from the hub and push the data as mqtt into the homeassistant, and decouple it from the efergy cloud infrastructure all together.
If you are a tech savvy, here is the overview what i have done. emoncms · Issue #5 · aarond10/powermeter_hub_server · GitHub
I had a similar response when I emailed them. On energyhive I can see the total import/export figure but I can’t see the graphs to say the generation/usage breakdown which is a bit frustrating. I have a Wattson anywhere monitor and I am able to get export and generation figures here on pv output.
