Energy two SolarEdge sites not correct on May 25th

Hello,

I monitor 2 sites with solaredge inverters using the API uploader.

On May 25th the energy produced is factor 3-4 too low. Power seems correct;

Eg between 12h en 13h the power is ~180kW. The Energy increases only from 208kWh too 270kWh;

Reading for yesterday and today seems ok again, I didn’t change anything on the setting site.

Solaredge latest consumpion data are missing

The problem was with solaredge 15-minute intervals now being converted to 5-minute intervals, which caused problems with systems using 15-minute intervals. This has been fixed now - switching to 5-minute status intervals is recommended however.

Thanks for the reply. I will fix one day manually, rest is ok.

Tried the recommended settings: status interval 5 min and the poll interval still at 15 min.

Works, but graph doesn’t look very well. Can I improve the settings?

It cannot be improved any further since the consumption data from solaredge is 15-minutes and PVOutput is filling in the missing data points.

Donation accounts get access to actual 5-minute generation data from solaredge, consumption data will still be 15-minutes.
